Welcome to Mantra Sports USA. By accessing or using our website and purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("T&C"). Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (including product unavailability, errors in pricing or description, or suspected fraud).

Order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance of the order; your order is accepted when we ship the product or send a final confirmation.
3. Pricing, Tax & Payment

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds — Key Principles

Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only for items that are damaged in transit or have verified manufacturing defects, unless an alternative return option is expressly provided on the product page. For hygiene reasons (e.g., inner linings, certain protective gear) or for personalized/custom items, returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects.

To initiate any return or warranty claim, contact our Customer Support within 30 days of delivery for shipping-damage or within 90 days for manufacturing defect claims, unless a different period is shown on the product page or packaging. (You may customize these windows; many retailers use 30–90 days as industry standard.)
Return Process

We will review and may request additional information. If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions for return shipping.

Do not return items without prior authorization; unauthorized returns may be rejected.
Who Pays Shipping

If the return is approved due to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement, repair, or full refund to your original payment method.

Returns for reasons other than defect/damage (e.g., buyer’s remorse) are generally not accepted, unless we specifically provide a different policy on the product page or a promotional return window.
Refund Timing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Processing times may vary depending on the payment processor.
6. Warranty — Manufacturing Defects Only
(Consistent with sports industry practice: warranties cover material and workmanship, exclude misuse, wear & tear.)
Coverage

Our limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty period stated on the product page (standard policy: 90 days from delivery, unless otherwise specified). This includes structural failures or stitching failure resulting from manufacturing issues.
What Warranty Does Not Cover

Damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, accidents, alterations, improper storage, or use beyond intended purpose (e.g., using non-match balls on surfaces intended for match balls).

Cosmetic issues that do not affect product performance (minor scuffs, surface abrasion, color fading).

Improper use, modifications, or failure to follow product care instructions.
Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, contact Customer Support with order information and photos. We will inspect and at our discretion offer repair, replacement, or refund. In some cases we may require return of the product for inspection. See our Return Process for details.
7. Product Use, Safety & Instructions

Products sold are intended for their normal, intended sporting purposes. Use protective equipment as instructed and follow all safety guidelines. For example, helmets and protective gear should be used according to manufacturer guidance and fitted properly.

We are not responsible for injuries, property damage, or losses resulting from improper use, misuse, or failure to follow product instructions. Customers must inspect products on delivery and prior to first use.
8. Product Descriptions & Images

We strive for accurate product descriptions and images. However, colors and finishes may vary slightly due to screen calibration and manufacturing tolerances. Product specifications (weight, dimensions, willow grade) listed on product pages are approximate and can vary by individual item, particularly for handcrafted items.
9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, images, logos, product names) is our property or licensed to us. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or images without our express written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mantra Sports USA’s liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, loss of use, or loss of data).
