At Mantra Sports USA, we take pride in delivering premium cricket equipment crafted to high standards. Due to the nature of sporting goods and to maintain quality control, we follow a strict but fair refund and return policy as outlined below.


Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and offer refunds only under the following circumstances:

  • Product damaged during shipping

  • Verified manufacturing defects

All claims must meet the documentation and reporting requirements described below.


Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund:

  • Customers must provide a clear, continuous video recording of the package being opened.

  • The video must:

    • Start with the sealed shipping package clearly visible

    • Show the entire unboxing process without cuts or edits

    • Clearly display the damaged or defective product, if applicable

⚠️ Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

This requirement helps us verify transit damage or manufacturing defects accurately and prevents fraudulent claims.


Reporting Timeline

  • All damage or defect claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Claims reported after this window may not be eligible for review.

To initiate a claim, email support@mantrasportsusa.com with:

  • Order number

  • Unboxing video

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Brief description of the issue


What Is Considered a Manufacturing Defect

Manufacturing defects may include:

  • Structural faults

  • Stitching failures

  • Material defects affecting performance or safety

Each claim is reviewed by our quality team before approval.


What Is NOT Covered

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by use, misuse, or improper care

  • Cosmetic variations (minor marks, grain patterns, natural leather imperfections)

  • Damage due to playing conditions or external impact

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Products without original packaging or tags (where applicable)

  • Claims without a valid unboxing video

For handcrafted products (such as English willow bats), natural variations in grain, weight, or appearance are not considered defects.


Return Approval & Resolution

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • Replacement of the same product (subject to availability)

  • Store credit

  • Refund to the original payment method

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after approval and inspection (if return shipment is required).


Return Shipping

  • If a return is approved due to shipping damage or a manufacturing defect, we will provide instructions for return shipping.

  • Returned items must be sent back in original condition and packaging (if applicable).

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Final Sale Items

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page:

  • All products are considered final sale

  • No returns or refunds are offered for reasons other than damage or manufacturing defects


Right to Reject Claims

  • Reject claims that do not meet the eligibility criteria
