Incorrect Shipping Address

If you need to change the address after the order is placed, contact us immediately at support@mantrasportsusa.com — before the order is shipped — and we will do our best to update it. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered the shipping process.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked “Delivered” but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and your local post office.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and unpackaging video.

Eligible items may be replaced or refunded at our discretion following inspection.
